Richard S. David Pearlman has spent nearly three decades fighting tenaciously for the rights of individuals. He has achieved a highly successful record fighting for injured people in the courts of South Carolina, and before the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission. He has extensive experience in matters related to brain injury. Pearlman started practicing law in 1976, and has won many landmark cases before the South Carolina Appellate and Supreme courts, expanding the rights of injured workers. He holds the highest professional rating in the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and is listed in Best Lawyers in America. He has served as chairperson of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the South Carolina Bar and South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association. Andrew D. Gowdown represents victims of brain injury and their families. He is admitted to practice in the State of South Carolina, the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Mr. Gowdown is a member of the Charleston County Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar, the American Bar Association, the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the South Carolina Association for Justice. Malcolm Crosland has been practicing law since 1987 and has earned a number of key victories before the Worker’ Compensation Commission trying cases of brain injury. Crosland serves on the Board of Governors for the Association of South Carolina Claimant Attorneys for Workers’ Compensation and the Board of Directors of the Workplace Injury Litigation Group. He has been named to Best Lawyers in America and holds a place on the MUSC Board of Visitors.
