David Pearlman has spent nearly three decades fighting tenaciously for the rights of individuals. He has extensive experience in matters related to brain injury. Malcolm Crosland has been practicing law since 1987 and has earned a number of key victories before the Worker' Compensation Commission trying cases of brain injury. Crosland serves on the Board of Governors for the Association of South Carolina Claimant Attorneys for Workers' Compensation and the Board of Directors of the Workplace Injury Litigation Group.
